GRIP THE HANDLES WITH YOUR HANDS. 3. EXHALE AND CURL YOUR LEGS UP AS FAR AS POSSIBLE WITHOUT LIFTING YOUR UPPER LEGS. 4. HOLD AND SLOWLY GET BACK TO THE STARTING POSITION.
